Wildflour Bakery is a small-scale bakery run out of a residential kitchen in Williamstown, MA, owned and run mainly by Anna Garzon.
Anna is a Williams student who started Wildflour for her love of baking. She has worked as a pastry cook in Bogota, Colombia and Northern California, but mostly prefers baking in her home kitchen.
Wildflour Bakery was founded with the hope of forming strong community connections, both by supporting local business and farmers and offering our baked goods to the community through local outlets. Wildflour products are available at most Billsville House Concerts, and by special order.

Ingredients:
Wildflour Bakery is committed to sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally. Organic ingredients are used when possible, but local is preferred. We avoid GMO products in the Wildflour kitchen. We use cooking oil from State Line Farm in North Bennington, VT. Most of our flour comes from the Champlain Valley.
Environmental Impact:
At Wildflour Bakery we try to be conscious of our impact on the planet. This includes minimizing waste and packaging, recycling and composting, and buying sustainably grown and processed ingredients. We minimize waste by buying ingredients in bulk whenever possible, using minimal packaging and offering a plate deposit system. Most of the waste in the kitchen is either recyclable, compostable, or made of recycled materials. We love when you bring your own bag or container!
Special Orders, Deliveries and Dish Deposit:

We take special orders every day of the week. E-mail is the best way to communicate with us (wildflourwilliamstown@gmail.com). At least three days advance notice is needed to guarantee an order. Shorter notice orders may be filled, depending on the timing. Five days advance notice is needed for layer cakes and ice cream cakes.
In an effort to minimize waste, we offer a plate deposit program. You pay a few dollars extra when you receive an item on one of our dishes, but get that money back when you return the dish. Please help us in our efforts and ask us about it!
Trades:
We are dedicated to keeping business as local as possible. If you have something unique to offer, whether it be a handmade product or a service, we are open to work out a trade! We love food (fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, chocolate, etc), pottery, crafts, massages and music, to name a few. We especially love products that we can use in the Wildflour kitchen.
